When your parcel leaves, an email brings its tracking number and a link to the carrier. The same details sit under your orders whenever you are signed in.

Check your spam and promotions folders for an email from Ezranova. Still missing? Write to us with your order reference, which starts with EZN, and we will send the tracking again.
