Every report

Results are copied exactly from the laboratory's own report, and each card tells you how to look the report up with that laboratory. A lot verification tests the exact lot on the vial. A reference report is an independent test of the manufacturer's batch.

Overview

CJC-1295 (no DAC).

Growth hormone releasing hormone is 44 residues long, but a 29-residue fragment of it, GRF (1-29), became a standard reference sequence in its own right. CJC-1295 without DAC, also called modified GRF (1-29), is that 29-residue stretch with four positions substituted: D-alanine at 2, glutamine at 8, alanine at 15 and leucine at 27, each chosen to make the chain more robust than the native fragment. It ends in a C-terminal amide.

The name comes from ConjuChem, the Canadian company that developed it. The DAC it lacks is a drug affinity complex, a lysine-linked maleimide group carried by a different version of the compound. This is the version without it, supplied as 10 mg of freeze-dried powder.
