Every report

Results are copied exactly from the laboratory's own report, and each card tells you how to look the report up with that laboratory. A lot verification tests the exact lot on the vial. A reference report is an independent test of the manufacturer's batch.

Overview

PT-141.

PT-141 is a cyclic seven-residue analog of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone, developed by Palatin Technologies, which gave it the PT in its name. Where many peptides in the catalog end in an amide, this one ends in a free carboxylic acid, a detail the analytical record confirms.

The ring is closed by a lactam bridge between the side chains of aspartic acid and lysine, with an N-acetyl norleucine and a D-phenylalanine outside the standard set. Rings like this hold a peptide in one shape, which is the point of building them. Supplied as 10 mg of freeze-dried powder.
